Microsoft: Selling you the Surveillance State

Everybody should be aware that Facebook is a CIA operation, and that Google are willing collaborators with the emerging Global Police State.  So much attention is paid to Facebook and Google, that a very major player often gets ignored.  That player is Microsoft.

Mention Bill Gates, and one will immediately be bombarded with information about the Gates' Foundation; especially the vast amount of money said Foundation is spending on toxic vaccines, which are being used as a part of the Agenda 21 Global Population Reduction Programme.  But what of Bill Gates' business concern?  What of Microsoft?  How does that corporation fit into the scheme for a global slave state?

Microsoft is the engine of the online Surveillance State.

Does this seem far-fetched?  Look at the software, and hardware, which Microsoft produces, and how this is open to abuse by the powers-that-would-be.

This software enables people to text and call one another free of charge, thus making it a much more attractive service than traditional telephone companies.  It also allows people to make video calls; which for people who live a considerable distance apart, allows for a feeling of connectedness, which voice only calls do not.  Skype in itself, is a good service, and the ability to keep in touch with loved ones face-to-face whilst being physically remote, is a positive thing.  Unfortunately, as a piece of online software, all calls can be intercepted, and recorded.  As a means for building a database of known associates, Skype is a powerful tool of the Police State.  The video aspect of Skype also allows for the collection of data concerning what the users look like, and what their homes look like.  If you happen to have any forbidden or controversial reading material, it would be very unwise to have it in a location where your web-cam could record it.

Having similar issues to the Skype software as regards video surveillance, Kinect goes that bit further insofar as players who use it, submit to facial recognition software, skeletal tracking, motion sensors, and voice recognition.  Kinect boasts of its ability to recognise the user, thus allowing for full voice commands.  This encourages users to become relaxed whilst using it, and thus provide invaluable information which can be used for psychological profiling.  The data which is stored by Microsoft, can be analysed alongside CCTV footage, and through study of movement, physique etc, even if the face is hidden, the Kinect user can still be identified.

Offering a range of games, and a scoring system which relates to the completion of certain tasks, Xbox is a tool which assesses the players skills, and also records information as to their characteristics. Are you inclined to complete every aspect of a game, thus having an obsessive compulsive personality?  Are you interested solely in killing things, driving quickly, being sociable?  Are you a loner, or is social networking important to you?  All this will be recorded.  There are many 'first-person shooters' on Xbox.  Even if you just play for fun, imagine how playing games which encourage you to imagine you are personally slaying people could be used against you.  As well as surveillance and profiling, their is the potential for your gaming choices to be used to justify brutalising you, should you tread on the wrong toes in the real world.

Lips is a karaoke game, which again records your voice.  If you also use Skype or Kinect, then Microsoft already has your voice in its database, but most likely in a spoken form.  If you have used voice distortion techniques to outwit the database, then Lips is likely to be the place where you let your guard down, and deliver information about yourself, which the Police State would love to have.

The Surveillance State is being built around us at an alarming rate, but most of the information is being collated with our unwitting cooperation.  Hopefully everyone who is awake to Facebook, will have deleted their accounts, and encouraged everyone they know to do likewise, but what of the other technology which people use?  It is time to assess everything, and to adjust how we use all electronic media accordingly.

There is a thin line between paranoia and awareness, but there is an equally thin line between freedom on the one hand, and incarceration or death at the hands of the State, on the other.  We need to be careful with whatever software we access and hardware we let into our homes.  A little thought can prevent (or at least delay) a lot of problems.

Just in case you may think that Bill gates is a lovely and misunderstood man, the following link will take you to a page detailing the many sinister actions of the Microsoft supremo.  From Toxic Vaccines, to Monsanto's war on food, Bill Gates has a history of aiding those who seek to destroy us.  I highly recommend you visit the following site:
